Vessel: Reproducible Container Builds

When container builds are not reproducible, they can result in software that is less trustworthy, changes in software behavior, or build failures. To address these issues, the SEI developed the Vessel tool. Organizations can use Vessel to detect reproducibility failures, identify container build reproducibility issues, repair reproducibility issues in software builds, and enhance the reproducibility of open source and Department of Defense software pipelines.
