Software Engineering Institute

This extraordinary summit within a symposium is organized by Defense Industrial Base (DIB) software engineers for DIB software engineers, program office staff, leaders, and others associated with weapon systems software. It endeavors to fulfill the need for our software community to collaborate face-to-face on the most important challenges faced in developing weapon systems software for our respective Military Services’ weapon systems and equipment. Participants hear inspiring thoughts from senior leaders, collaborate in technical presentations and panel discussions where ample time is allotted for two-way discussions, and learn about commercial advances in the infrastructure that supports software development. The opportunity to network and establish vibrant, long-term relationships is another exceptional feature.
