Secure Software and Systems Senior Researcher
Sam Weber received his PhD from Cornell University, with a thesis on formal specification and verification. He was a faculty member of both Cornell University and the University of Pennsylvania, after which he joined IBM's T.J. Watson Research Center. During his eleven years at T.J. Watson, Sam worked on various projects in their Security department, including building tools for Common Criteria evaluations, and participated in a number of IBM customer engagements. Following this, he was a Program Director of the National Science Foundation's Trustworthy Computer and Secure and Trustworthy Cyberspace programs, for just under four years.
