Ms. Charlene C. Gross is a senior member of the technical staff in the SEIs Acquisition Support Program. She is responsible for supporting the needs of DoD and other government agency acquisition programs through identification, development, and transition of process improvements. Charlene was previously employed as a Senior Principal Consultant with Keane, Inc, where she provided strategic planning, project management, training, and business analysis to numerous commercial companies During her 20 years in the field of technology, she has also served and program manager for a network support engagement with the U.S. Small Business Administration and operated an education franchise to teach children computer skills. As Director of Computer Support at Freddie Mac, she directed business-side hardware and software acquisition, applications support and training, and organization-wide standards implementation. She also was Director of Computer Support Services at George Mason University, with responsibilities for administrative and academic hardware and software acquisition requests, desktop and research applications and labs, and technology training.
