Lori Flynn is a Software Security Researcher at CERT, in Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute. Her recent work includes developing static analyses for taint flow analysis in Android app sets and Java malware detection. Past experience includes network security research, standards-based security analyses, and collaboration on a novel static analysis method for polymorphic program detection that resulted in a patent. Flynn’s PhD research focused on secure multicast routing protocols for ad hoc mobile networks.
